Network Monitoring
Our Network Management and Monitoring Systems provide our clients with constant Monitoring of their WAN links and Servers. In the Event of a WAN link down, our Central Monitoring Centre is Alarmed and Notifications are sent to our Engineers Via sms alert, E-mail, and voice. We are able to respond to a NETWORK DOWN within Minutes of an outage. In most cases we know when a particular link is down and Notify our Monitored Clients well before they become aware of the outage.
